• 100+ duplicate title tags
• Site has 404 page – but in the 404 page, I would include a search box to redirect the customer to content they where looking for.
• Site has 645 indexed pages, but around 100 on the sitemap, need to update the sitemap.
• I don’t feel I trust the site, needs a Hacker Safe or VeriSign logo- This will increase site “trust”.
• Site is not secure, Shopping cart is not secure – no trust
• ANDA logo should link out for higher Page Rank
• Site needs to release Press Articles and have a media page
• Site has no mention of Payment types or credit card logos

I take your point about trust - there is a COMODO logo displayed on all cart pages (which confirms that the site is authentic and that SSL is deployed on cart pages), do you think this type of logo should be included on non-cart pages? If so, where do you think is the best position for it?
Agreed re the ANDA logo, press articles & media page, I write for a trade magazine and can post those articles easily.
Payment types are covered under the FAQ's, however this clearly isn't a prominent location - where do you think is more appropriate?
