Free is great, however I feel people would want to have a taste of what your training services are like. Consider giving away a portion of what you teach as the free stuff, as oppossed to domain, web hosting, website, etc. This way people can gauge if the training delivery style is effective for them. We live in a very flat world now with millions of choices. Word of mouth is one of the fastest ways to increase traffic to your site. Good luck!
