I am developing a website in Drupal

I have created three page type contents.

I want to devide each page into three vertical blocks (columns)

I want to insert an image in the first block or column and it should occupy the full column or block.

The second column should contain some text content.

The third column again contains in image, occupying the full block.

I want to put vertical images in the first and third columns.
Please also tell me how can I divide a page into three columns like this?

How can I do this in Drupal 5.7??
