   Joe has over a decade of experience in online sales, marketing,  with large    companies like Dell Computers and Microsoft Corporation. Joe currently offers    his expertise to startups ranging from single-person bedroom ventures to    100-employee internet companies with a vision of prospering online. Joe is a    specialist at web click analysis, internet user behavior, web content    management systems, customer relationship management systems, search    engine optimization and search engine marketing. Joe is capable of operating at    strategic levels and implements these strategies to grow top line revenues.

At past places of employment Joe has a track record for driving process improvements – Dell, Microsoft and most recently Pacific Brands (owners of most branded Australian consumer products - Bonds, Berlei, Jockey, Sheridan, etc). Joe graduated with an MBA and a GPA of 3.85/4.0 from St. Edwards University and has Bachelors in Computer Information Systems with minor in Computer Science and Mathematics from Weber State University. Joe is Google AdWords certified, Microsoft certified engineer (MCSE), Novell certified engineer (CNE) and partially certified as an Oracle DBA OCP (OCP).

Kathy comes from a recruitment and sales background. After working for Microsoft and major banks like Citibank and ANZ, she has re-discovered a passion for sales. She is an author in many online ezines, writes content, sales copy and eBooks.

Kathy has a rich experience of creating online start-ups of her own and achieving top keyword rankings in Google, Yahoo and MSN for high end competitive keywords like contract jobs and freelance services.
